We have dealt with Esther, Cynthia,and Lucero, in the past 2 months trying to get screws to install our door that was made wrong.They all have lied and said the screws were "in the mail".
We were just sent a bogus tracking number that UPS said does not exist. I wonder if the owner realizes what poor customer service his sales people are giving. We wish we had read all these poor reviews before ordering from them.
They know we are stuck with this door that can't be fully installed without the screws.It would be so much simpler to send the screws than spend time lying to your customers.
